📋 Description

• Work strategically with largest and fastest-growing customers to upgrade workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies • Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes • Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously • Advise, educate, and facilitate customer changes based on recommendations • Engage in change management and evangelism • Conduct account and workflow audits with detailed recommendations • Travel to customer and prospect sites, industry events, and Greenhouse offices • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Greenhouse knowledge • Project management experience • 3+ years of experience advising on talent-related functions • Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Assertive, strategic, and thoughtful approach • Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities • Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Travel availability of approximately 30% of working time, including possible overnight stays and domestic travel
