📋 Description

• Build and sustain relationships with churches, community colleges, and Christian and non-Christian secondary schools throughout an assigned territory • Serve as the University's primary point of contact for community partners and prospective students and families • Establish and grow community-college partnerships supporting transfer-student pipelines, articulation agreements, and on-campus recruiting visits • Cultivate relationships with counselors and staff at Christian and public/secular high schools • Represent the University at college nights, career fairs, youth group events, transfer fairs, and campus visits • Plan and execute recruitment events and presentations tailored to partner types • Represent the University professionally across social media, including Instagram and podcasting • Communicate with prospective students and referral partners throughout the admissions funnel • Track and report relationship-building activity and enrollment impact using University CRM/admissions systems • Evaluate regional partnerships and adjust strategy to meet enrollment goals • Travel extensively within the assigned region, including evenings, weekends, and overnight travel

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding and appreciation of Christian higher education, with ability to build rapport across diverse faith backgrounds • Bachelor's degree required • Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Strong public speaking and presentation skills • Self-motivated and comfortable independently managing a geographically dispersed network • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including evenings and weekends • Creative, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented in a sales-driven recruitment environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency with CRM/admissions software • Comfortable and responsible representing the University via social media • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Must be willing to travel extensively, including evening, weekend, and overnight travel
