📋 Description

• Analyze data and build data products using SQL, Python, Databricks, and AI-enabled tools • Work directly with business partners to understand problems and develop practical solutions • Build and maintain reliable data models, dashboards, analyses, and other analytics products • Use AI tools and automation in the day-to-day development workflow • Validate data quality and ensure products are accurate, reliable, and well documented • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical partners • Take on increasing ownership as technical skills and business understanding grow • Contribute to dashboards, predictive models, and lightweight web applications within a forward-deployed Decision Intelligence pod

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field • 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, co-ops, academic projects, and personal projects count • Strong SQL skills • Working knowledge of Python • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik • Hands-on experience using AI tools in work, coursework, or personal projects • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and comfort learning new technologies and unfamiliar business problems • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
