📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and reactivate inactive affiliates through targeted outreach • Participate in affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups to expand and strengthen the partner network • Maintain regular communication with affiliates, providing updates on program changes, product features, and policies • Monitor affiliate traffic, transactions, and performance to identify anomalies, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance • Prepare marketing materials for affiliates, including banners, promotional copy, screenshots, and landing pages • Plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote the affiliate program and attract new partners • Develop and launch affiliate incentive programs, seasonal campaigns, and bonus structures • Analyze affiliate campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and provide actionable optimization insights

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry • Understanding of web analytics fundamentals and key traffic performance metrics (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU) • Knowledge of traffic sources and affiliate payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid) • Experience working with Tier1 - Tier2 • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • English proficiency at B1–B2 level • Results-oriented mindset • Strong drive for continuous learning and professional development • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
