📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Scrum Master to bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and software engineering teams. • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project execution by effectively managing Asana tasks, facilitating clear communication, and driving the translation of business requirements into actionable technical specifications. • Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and productive environment that delivers high-quality software solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years work experience • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment • Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes • Proficiency in using Asana for project management and task tracking • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience working with both business and technical teams • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
