📋 Description
• Work directly with enterprise customers to extend and customize the GenAI platform for their specific needs • Develop custom user interfaces and LLM-oriented workflows that unlock new capabilities • Lead development of custom, responsive components using React/TypeScript • Design and build highly-secure API endpoints and services using Python/Pyright, Flask, and Pydantic • Collaborate closely with end-users to deliver prototypes and MVPs in days • Serve as a technical consultant, translating ambiguous business challenges into actionable software requirements • Own the complete technical lifecycle of customer engagements from requirements gathering to deployment
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a high-impact software engineering role • Demonstrated expertise in both client-side development (JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, React or equivalent) and server-side development (Python, Node.js, or Go) • Strong fundamentals in data structures, API design, and service design • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and production deployment practices • Experience with generative AI practices, such as MCP and prompt engineering is preferred • Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment and self-directed • Willing to travel up to 50% for on-site customer work
