📋 Description

• Manage cases in State and Federal courts across the country • Lead complex ESI discovery processes • Ensure defensible and efficient data management • Conduct deep-dive internet legal research to support novel legal theories • Leverage AI-based legal tools for document review, research, and drafting • Interact directly with clients • Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience; all experience levels are welcome to apply • Driven team player • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Trial experience preferred but not required • Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California and/or Nevada • Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required
