📋 Description

• Handle civil, commercial, and complex litigation matters • Work on matters in both state and federal court • Handle assignments with minimal supervision • Engage in forward-facing client interactions • Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years’ experience for the Sacramento office; all experience levels welcome to apply • Civil litigation experience • Commercial and complex litigation experience in both state and federal court • Insurance defense experience is a plus • Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Must be licensed in California • Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required
