📋 Description

• Handle construction litigation matters in GRSM’s New York office • Brief and argue motions • Take and defend depositions • Lead written discovery efforts • Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials • Engage in forward-facing client interactions • Work collaboratively in a team environment • Manage assignments with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in construction litigation • Licensed and admitted to practice in New York • Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills • Strong academic background • Proven research skills • Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision • Experience briefing and arguing motions • Experience taking and defending depositions • Experience leading written discovery efforts • Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required • Trial experience preferred but not required
