📋 Description

• Process sensitive and confidential case-related assignments received from the Firm’s brick-and-mortar offices • Represent the VLS Department through polished and professional office communication • Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists • Save and distribute incoming mail • Download and save court ECF filings using firm naming conventions • Process vendor invoices using Chrome River • Process expense reimbursements using Chrome River • Perform ad hoc large PDF bookmarking projects • Perform large OCR projects • Handle other duties as assigned • Support legal functions including new matter review and data entry, document organization and naming in iManage, preparation of confidential legal documents across all 50 states, document conversion, text replacement, document comparisons, tables of contents and authorities, mail merges, fillable forms, and presentation editing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a law firm setting • Strength in MS Teams preferred • Previous remote work experience preferred • iManage experience preferred • Chrome River experience preferred • Kofax experience preferred • Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to work daytime hours on the specified Monday-Friday shift • Must submit a cover letter and resume
