📋 Description

• Write and test code incrementally, following agile practices and producing clear documentation; • Perform high-quality code reviews and assist colleagues with difficult design decisions; • Test, deploy, and monitor your code in production continuously; • Develop new tools to assist and optimize the work of the entire team; • Collaborate with peers across teams to evolve our ecosystem; • Work on strategic projects for Grupo Boticário; • Maintain our payments platform by identifying problems, root causes, and their impacts; • Drive the evolution and, together with the team, decide the future direction of our payments platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions to production; • Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot; • Knowledge of Kafka; • Interest in and knowledge of data structures; • Experience with microservices; • Experience with monitoring and logging; • Experience with scheduled tasks (cron jobs, job schedulers); • Knowledge of REST and event-driven architecture; • Experience with unit and integration testing; • A critical mindset regarding performance and security; • Strong focus on software quality, system evolution, problem decomposition, and abstraction; • Strong ability to learn new practices, technologies, programming languages, and engineering cultures; • Proficiency with Git or another collaborative version control system; • Ability to conduct root cause analysis for software issues; • Experience with load testing; • Ability to mediate conflicts and help refine user stories; • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
