📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and evolve internal products, with a primary focus on Backend, ensuring stability, performance and technical quality. • Actively investigate and resolve bugs and incidents, using an analytical and pragmatic approach. • Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations between internal and external systems. • Work with databases, performing data organization, processing and data preparation activities when necessary. • Serve as a Full Stack Developer with greater depth in Backend, using Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend. • Occasionally handle Frontend tasks, especially integrations with the Backend and maintenance-related adjustments. • Contribute to architectural decisions, proposing scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with business needs. • Develop, test, document, deploy and monitor solutions, following software engineering best practices. • Participate actively in Code Reviews and Pair Programming, promoting quality, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participating in agile ceremonies, product decisions and proposing technical improvements. • Show openness and interest in learning new technologies as the products and the company’s technology ecosystem evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related fields. • Experience as a Full Stack Developer, with stronger expertise in Backend. • Practical knowledge of Node.js (Backend) and React (Frontend). • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and Frontend–Backend integrations. • Solid experience in system maintenance/support, failure analysis and problem resolution in production environments. • Experience with databases, including data processing and data preparation (Data Prep). • Knowledge of development best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, KISS). • Experience with code quality practices, including Code Review, Unit Tests and Integration Tests. • Good understanding of system architecture and components. • Ability to work with high volumes of data, with attention to performance. • Good interpersonal communication, collaboration and teamwork. • Investigative and empathetic profile, quick learner and focused on continuous improvement. • Autonomy, organization and critical thinking to solve complex problems. • **DIFFERENTIALS:** • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including GlideRecord API, ACLs, GlideAjax and ITSM modules. • Experience with HR products or systems. • Experience with Data Preparation workflows in analytical or operational contexts. • Experience with Low Code, preferably AppSheet.
