📋 Description
• Help build our talent network of operations leaders • Oversee processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics in a cannabis production facility • Lead a multilevel team through the complexity of operations • Partner with General Manager on budgeting and analytics
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience • Direct management of 30+ people • Consumer packaged goods experience • Bachelor's in Engineering or Business preferred • Strong data and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft and inventory systems • Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus • Cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing exposure strongly desired
