📋 Description

• Provide senior‑level oversight of multi‑state operations, ensuring high‑quality, consistent service delivery. • Develop, standardize, and implement scalable operational frameworks, workflows, and best practices. • Monitor regional performance and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high‑risk operational issues. • Execute enterprise‑level strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. • Partner with executive leadership on national growth strategies, new market expansion, and program launches. • Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs and performance dashboards to drive results. • Lead, coach, and develop regional Directors of Operations and senior operational leaders. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program‑specific regulations. • Represent GT Independence with state agencies, partners, and key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a related field (required) • Master’s degree preferred or equivalent senior‑level operational leadership experience • 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior or executive roles • Proven success leading multi‑state or national operations in regulated environments • Strong background in home care, home health, personal care, fiscal intermediary services, or similar industries • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
