📋 Description

• Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices • Ensure clients are successful in using their Gartner subscription • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and new clients • Manage accounts or connect clients with Gartner’s expert community • Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to provide best-in-class service • Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results • Share best practices and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles • Leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth • Onboard clients, prove the concept of Gartner services, and stimulate product engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred along with 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills • Bilingual in English and French • Must be located in Irving, TX or Fort Myers, FL for this posting
