📋 Description

• Build, develop, and manage relationships with clients from senior C-levels to junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices • Ensure clients successfully utilize their Gartner subscription, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers • Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities • Recommend action programs that drive high value and return on investment on Gartner memberships • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value • Conduct regular reviews of the client book of business, including performance and client engagement metrics • Onboard clients, prove the concept of Gartner services, and stimulate engagement with products used by large client teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Must be bilingual (English and Portuguese)
