📋 Description

• Research, analyze and predict software engineering trends and innovations • Monitor the competitive landscape across software engineering tools and solutions • Create high-quality research reports and thought leadership content • Advise senior executives on strategic decisions through interactions • Create and deliver high-value presentations at Gartner events and client briefings • Build external credibility to represent Gartner research and insights • Provide sales support to engage prospects and clients • Actively participate in innovation and research discussions • Develop in-depth analysis to identify client needs and drive strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Experience leading a software engineering organization • Deep knowledge of software architecture principles for SaaS platforms • Up-to-date knowledge of AI development tools • Demonstrate executive presence; can establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines • Excellent research and writing ability • Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; defend conclusions to client challenges • Strong communicator; able to explain complex concepts simply • Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape
