📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal/external partners, production operations, logistics, supply chain, and warehouses • Ensure customer needs are met with high quality and service • Enter orders daily in ERP systems and logistics portal • Validate pricing, quantities, and customer delivery expectations • Meet deadlines for order processing, scheduling, and warehouse delivery • Prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to challenges and opportunities • Interact with customers and sales representatives by phone and email to receive orders and manage product/specification changes • Collaborate cross-functionally with shipping, logistics, quality, accounting, and sales to facilitate order flow and communicate customer requirements • Use Microsoft Office 365 and multiple systems/programs simultaneously • Create and offer best practices in process, productivity, and proficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with logistics customer service, scheduling, and shipping fundamentals • Experience interacting with customers face-to-face, by telephone, or electronically • Strong computer skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short lead times • Ability to meet strict processing, scheduling, and delivery deadlines • Strong multitasking, cognitive, prioritization, and time management skills • Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as PLEX, SAP, JDE, or Oracle • Experience with EDI order processing • Experience with 3PL distribution services, transportation, and logistics companies • Experience working with major customers such as Amazon, Walmart, or Costco • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Schedule availability typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime and rotating weekend coverage • Successful completion of a drug test where applicable • Work authorization verification through E-Verify
