📋 Description

• Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ environments across development, test, and production • Monitor and support identity aggregation, account correlation, and provisioning activities • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues • Perform system upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance activities • Manage access certification campaigns and remediation activities • Create and modify SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, tasks, certifications, and policies • Monitor and report on access governance metrics and key performance indicators • Identify and mitigate identity-related security risks • Partner with cybersecurity, IAM, application owners, and business leaders to implement governance controls • Participate in change management, incident management, and release management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust • Minimum of five years of experience in identity and access management • Minimum of three years focused on SailPoint IIQ and/or Okta • Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 • Experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow • Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and/or Okta features, integrations, and architecture in a full IAM stack • Experience troubleshooting identity correlation and identity cube issues in SailPoint IIQ • Experience troubleshooting Okta user authentication and application issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills • Attention to detail and commitment to security best practices • Ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives • Active security clearance preferred • SailPoint IdentityIQ certification(s) preferred • Okta certifications preferred • Scripting and automation skills such as PowerShell, Python, or Okta Workflows preferred • Strong experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Okta workflows preferred • Experience supporting Federal IT projects integrating multiple IAM technologies preferred • Additional cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM preferred
