📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to large, complex Public Sector customers • Support presales and implementation by shaping, scoping, and solutioning engagements • Provide technical oversight and execution leadership on large-scale, mission-critical engagements • Mentor Salesforce teams and Federal clients • Drive architectural and solution excellence and strategic customer alignment • Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the knowledge base • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies • Identify and proactively manage risks through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Architect technology solutions with Delivery Managers, Implementation Teams, and clients • Contribute to program vision and advise on strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform • Travel as required by client needs, up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of SEVEN (7) years enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform • Strong application design skills • Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills • Strong presentation skills • Ability to present and defend a point of view to varied audiences • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop audience-appropriate materials • Ability to connect with people in diverse roles • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices across organizational levels • Application design and development background • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S.-born or naturalized • Must not hold dual citizenship • Must agree to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position • Must obtain and maintain the required U.S. Government security clearance • Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives preferred • Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (“Agentforce Public Sector”) preferred • Hands-on experience with Omni Studio preferred
