📋 Description

• Create scalable, sustainable, and secure application solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data 360 • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners and translate business requirements into technical specifications • Collaborate with channel partners on solution strategy while aligning with enterprise architecture standards • Oversee solutioning by development teams and provide guidance on best practices, data modeling, Flows, and API integrations • Create technical strategies, manage data models, lead integrations, and oversee development teams through full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations • Document architecture designs and maintain technical documentation • Ensure adherence to standards and minimize technical debt • Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions • Implement new standards and processes • Leverage generative AI across varying toolsets to increase efficiency while maintaining brand, privacy, and governance standards • Work with external partners, systems integrators, and contractors

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration and programmatic development • Strong experience with data modeling, security and sharing, automation using Flows, Lightning Experience, and API integration patterns • 5+ years of experience in implementation • 3+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role • Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience crafting, delivering, and developing technical solutions supporting business process and organizational change • Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI across varying toolsets while maintaining brand, privacy, and governance standards • Creative and critical thinking, problem solving, business case development, and achievement • Experience working with external partners, including systems integrators and contractors • Proven ability to implement new standards and processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to understand technical information and translate it to users • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to execute responsibilities with limited oversight • Required Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Consultant certification
