📋 Description

• Process all customer orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy • Process all internal procurement • Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure timely delivery • Ensure timely processing of customer orders meeting service-level agreement standards • Issue accurate purchase orders to vendors • Track hardware, software, maintenance, and other product-related line items for proof of delivery • Follow up with vendors for unfulfilled items • Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies • Work closely with sales groups to ensure transactional contracts are complete, accurate, and meet internal booking requirements • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external partners • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience • 2-3 years' purchasing experience, or relevant roles • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools • Attention to detail is a must • Analytical and critical thinker • Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently • Ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work a flexible work schedule is required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Candidates must reside in Mountain or Pacific time zones or have the ability to support those business hours
