📋 Description

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train seasonal Virtual Tax Professionals on tax policies, virtual platforms, and workflow systems • Create and adjust team schedules while monitoring attendance, productivity, and adherence to virtual work expectations • Review performance metrics and provide timely coaching and feedback to support individual and team goals • Build strong relationships, promote open communication, and foster an engaged, collaborative, and inclusive virtual team • Provide guidance on complex tax scenarios and ensure adherence to Internal Revenue Service requirements and company compliance standards • Support client escalations and virtual service delivery as needed to deliver accurate, consistent client experiences • Gather team feedback, identify opportunities, and help shape the Greenlight operating model

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach remote teams effectively • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience serving clients in a virtual or remote environment • Flexibility to work extended or varied hours during the seasonal period • Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps • Supervisory or people leadership experience • 3 years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax research • Preferred: Circular 230 credential (attorney, EA or CPA) • Preferred: Experience leading remote teams
