📋 Description
• Provide exceptional client service primarily through phone, email, and chat communication • Receive and resolve a comprehensive variety of H&R Block client retail services, human resources, and tax training support requests • Research and resolve escalated cases • Partner with subject matter experts and Tier 3 to research and resolve inquiries • Act as a contact for escalated cases coming from Payroll, Tax Operations, Benefits, and Timekeeping departments • Maintain tax professional training and certification records; facilitate compliance with federal and state licensing and registration requirements • Provide training and mentoring to other customer service associates
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 3 years minimum related work experience • Advanced MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Call center experience
