📋 Description

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution • Understand the client requirements and identify system dependencies • Work with the implementation team to understand and build compensation models specific to client needs • Provide guidance, support, and analytics to the Heisenberg II team • Support the implementation team to ensure client success during product usage • Manage high volume of work using MS Excel • Coordinate and work with others in a demanding, client-focused environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in provider compensation role; preferably working on an implementation team • Experience working with a project manager to gather documents, verify/analyze data, conduct discovery sessions, draft scoping document, configuration of the solution based on client scope, and assist with system validation • Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools • Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment • MS Excel proficiency • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
