📋 Description

• Own commercial contracts end-to-end • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage the full range of commercial agreements • Develop and refine playbooks, templates, and standard positions • Support small acquisitions alongside the General Counsel • Grow into a generalist across other areas of in-house practice • Build strong, trusted relationships with various teams • Serve as a client-facing representative of the company

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school • active license to practice law, in good standing • Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial transactions • Strong drafting and negotiation skills • Exposure to M&A or other corporate transactional work • Demonstrated ability to use AI and technology tools • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High integrity, strong ownership, and a service-oriented approach
