📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for the public service status website, including real-time service health, incident history, and proactive email notifications • Own product strategy and roadmap for Hanwha Vision’s unified firmware and software update service • Define requirements, business case, priorities, staged rollouts, critical fixes, and version-aware upgrade paths with Cloud Engineering and HQ R&D • Drive security-update strategy and respond to critical vulnerabilities and CVEs in line with regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act • Track adoption and support-call metrics to assess release stability and rollout expansion • Coordinate SOC 2 Type II audit readiness and ongoing GDPR compliance • Coordinate control owners, track evidence, close gaps, and keep compliance programs audit-ready • Partner with Legal on privacy policy and customer-facing terms • Translate privacy requirements into product features, data-handling practices, and documentation • Lead high-priority special projects from discovery through delivery • Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Drive distributed engineering teams in India and South Korea through clear priorities, operating cadences, follow-up, and feedback • Maintain roadmaps, project plans, risk logs, and status reporting • Build dashboards providing leadership visibility into progress and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, technical program management, or related experience in SaaS or cloud services • Hands-on experience with SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar compliance and privacy programs, ideally including direct work with auditors and legal counsel • Experience with cloud-based firmware update delivery, IoT or device fleet management, or vulnerability and CVE response is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a track record of driving work to completion • Proven success leading offshore or distributed engineering teams, ideally in India and/or South Korea • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and regulatory topics to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure, priorities, and measurable goals to undefined problems • Familiarity with status page, incident communication, or customer notification tools (e.g., Atlassian Statuspage) is a plus • Flexibility to attend late-night meetings with stakeholders in South Korea and India • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required, up to 20% • Candidates must be based in the PST and able to work Pacific Time Zone hours
