📋 Description

• Own client delivery end-to-end, leading engagements from problem definition through production deployment and remaining accountable for outcomes • Translate between legal business needs and engineering specifications • Design AI-native workflows and human-AI collaboration processes • Configure systems, curate and structure knowledge sources, write prompts, design test cases, and validate outputs against real-world data • Drive integrations and architecture decisions involving APIs, data flows, and security requirements • Run user training, enablement, and change-management activities • Help shape Harbor Labs’ ways of working, products, and direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping AI products or implementations • Understanding of RAG architectures, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and evaluation methods • Deep fluency in AI and familiarity with current best practices • Current model-provider credentials • Ability to read API documentation and understand system architecture diagrams • Ability to discuss engineering tradeoffs • Ability to lead workshops, executive presentations, and working sessions • Comfort working with ambiguity and without a playbook • Nice to have: background in legal technology, legal operations, or enterprise software • Nice to have: product-company experience in product management, solutions engineering, or customer success • Nice to have: hands-on experience with AI development tools and LLM APIs • Nice to have: consulting or professional-services experience
