📋 Description

• Own engagement strategy, define success and roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and remain accountable for outcomes and client relationships • Lead executive-level relationships with GCs, COOs, and heads of legal operations • Translate AI developments into concrete client plans and bring skeptical stakeholders along • Configure systems, structure knowledge sources, write and refine prompts, design test cases, and validate outputs against real data • Define engagement scope, staffing, and sequencing with engineers and delivery leads • Design legal-team operating models covering processes, roles, and governance, and implement organizational change • Drive AI architecture and integration decisions involving APIs, data flows, security, and compliance • Help build Harbor Labs' sales, delivery, hiring, and strategic direction

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of engagements, programs, or a function, with accountability for results • Experience delivering meaningful changes to how teams work in legal operations, professional services, or a comparable environment • Deep production AI fluency, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and evaluation methods • Current model-provider credentials; Anthropic Academy certifications are a strong plus, and current OpenAI Academy coursework counts • Ability to read API documentation, reason about system architecture, and discuss engineering tradeoffs • Ability to lead executive presentations, working sessions, and conversations about scope and risk • Practical, production-focused approach to AI deployment and client behavior change • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments • Nice to have: senior legal operations, legal technology, or transformation/innovation experience • Nice to have: client engagement leadership in consulting or professional services • Nice to have: product-company experience in product, solutions, or delivery leadership • Nice to have: hands-on experience with AI development tools and LLM APIs
