📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional review and assessment of AI-driven solutions across clinical, operational, technical, compliance, privacy, legal, and security teams • Lead execution of the enterprise AI governance framework and oversee end-to-end AI lifecycle management • Monitor evolving AI regulations and industry best practices and translate requirements into program and control enhancements • Support the AI governance council, Clinical/Business AI steering committees, and executive oversight • Ensure AI initiatives include documented use cases, architecture reviews, risk assessments, data lineage, bias evaluation, and control frameworks • Facilitate enterprise-wide stakeholder collaboration and governance alignment with committee co-chairs and senior leaders • Maintain the enterprise AI inventory with traceability, documentation standards, model metadata, and audit readiness • Define technical governance controls, including model validation standards, monitoring requirements, performance thresholds, and change-management protocols • Lead working sessions with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment • Oversee model monitoring, drift detection, incident response, and remediation tracking • Provide executive reporting on AI risk posture, safety, adoption, performance, and enterprise impact • Provide technical and governance guidance on lifecycle expectations, documentation standards, and risk controls • Create and update AI policies, standards, and acceptable-use guidelines • Lead enablement programs, training, and communications on AI policies, risks, and best practices • Champion AI literacy, responsible-use practices, and change-management efforts across Franciscan Alliance

🎯 Requirements

• Required bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field • 8 years of required program management experience in data governance, analytics, information services, or a related field • 5 years of required experience setting up and scaling program, governance, or oversight processes across a maturing data and/or AI portfolio • 2 years of required experience measuring and reporting AI performance, safety, value, and risk across the AI lifecycle • Expertise in data governance frameworks, data quality principles, data privacy regulations, and AI ethics • Strong program/portfolio management experience in IT healthcare • Proven ability to design and facilitate governance frameworks and operational structures from the ground up • Preferred master's degree in a specified field • Preferred 2 years managing AI, analytics, or model-based systems in healthcare or other regulated industries • Preferred 1 year utilizing healthcare AI governance frameworks and regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO, FDA, and HIPAA
