📋 Description

• Support practice leadership in business development activities • Work with client personnel to structure mutually agreed project plans • Serve as day-to-day engagement leader and develop team members • Lead data gathering, including analyzing client reports, interviews, focus groups, and surveys • Review findings with team members and client personnel and support implementation of recommendations • Lead client invoicing, including reviewing and approving time entries and invoices • Lead internal practice initiatives, revenue-channel development, proposals, recruiting, external marketing, and thought leadership • Demonstrate industry/practice expertise and consulting capabilities • Implement proven solutions for recognized problems • Communicate Harbor's capabilities, products, and service offerings across Advisory service lines

🎯 Requirements

• 7-8 years' experience in a combination of Big 4 or similar consulting environment, law department or law firm operations, outside counsel management, benchmarking and data analysis, and legal resource optimization • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members • Travel required domestically approximately up to 25% • BA, BBA or BS in Business, Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Accounting or Finance preferred • Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred • Advanced skills and expertise across Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred • Strong written and verbal communication preferred • Ability to manage several clients and projects, delegating where appropriate preferred • Highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks according to a timeline preferred • Highly developed attention to detail preferred • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills preferred • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships preferred • Employee coaching and development skills preferred • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to take feedback preferred
