📋 Description

• Offer clients technical direction by applying industry experience and best practices • Ensure customer satisfaction through on-time, in-budget, and in-scope managed-service delivery • Report client issue status and progress to upper management • Track client-agreement budgets, allocate resources, manage change requests, schedule resources, and provide customer support • Present Harbor’s capabilities and initiatives to system stakeholders for new and existing clients • Collaborate with Directors, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Implementation Engineers on behalf of clients • Manage people throughout the employment lifecycle, including hiring, resource allocation, leave approvals, performance evaluation, and team operations • Develop and coach team members • Identify team training needs and coordinate options with HR

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Legal Technology products, services, and/or in a law firm or legal services environment • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role • 2+ years of people-management experience • Proficiency in cross-project release management and coordination, project portfolio management, project risk management and mitigation, and full project life-cycle management • Intermediate experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project • Competence in problem solving, customer focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality • Preferential experience working with the Intapp product suite • Preferential experience mentoring colleagues • Preferential proficiency in XML, jQuery/JSON, REST APIs, SQL, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and Functions, and Boomi
