📋 Description

• Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on high-tech packaging machines. • Install & Maintain – Set up, calibrate, and optimize equipment at customer locations. • Remote & On-Site Support – Provide expert assistance both in person and via cutting-edge remote support technology. • Customer Engagement – Deliver top-tier service while training customers on proper machine operation. • Team Collaboration – Work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and service managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues. • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges. • Strong communication skills and a 'Can Do' attitude. • Willingness to travel extensively (70-85%) and adapt to changing schedules. • Willing to undergo comprehensive training, including online, in-house, and shadowing senior FSTs.
