📋 Description

• Manage the customer relationship during implementations and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and within scope requirements • Demonstrate project control over project plans/schedules, budgets, and scope • Conduct impact analysis, lead project scope negotiations, and manage expectations of evolving requirements • Identify, analyze, and assess business opportunities, processes, and workflows for PMO process improvements • Review and internalize SOWs and project contracts to align schedules and deliverables with contractual commitments • Manage all project phases, including start-up and post-implementation follow-up • Prioritize project needs based on outstanding tasks, obstacles, budgets, resources, and deadlines • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; maintain risk registers and apply structured escalation protocols • Coordinate resolution of project issues and delays to reduce project impact and ensure timely implementation • Manage project delivery, scope changes, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction and organizational profitability • Communicate project updates, critical issues, implications, and progress to clients and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Strong communication skills • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to firmly manage scope, schedule and budget • Ability to travel up to 50% within North America • Current, valid passport • Legally eligible to travel internationally, including passport-based visa exemption or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean • Preference for candidates who can work in EST or CST timezone • Experience managing CIS and/or ERP implementation projects • Experience working in the Utilities sector • Experience working in a PMO • Comfort using AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools, with appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards
