📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate training activities for complex EHR implementation projects, aligning content, timelines, stakeholders, and customer readiness needs • Apply knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical operations to training strategy, content development, and delivery • Develop training materials and learning assets alongside Training Specialists and subject matter experts • Translate complex clinical and system workflows into clear, practical learning experiences • Review and identify training and content gaps and help develop solutions as the product and customer workflows evolve • Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and train-the-trainer sessions as required • Provide guidance and mentorship to Training Specialists and others contributing to training content and delivery • Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Project Management, and clinical subject matter experts to ensure training supports implementation and adoption goals

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in healthcare, education, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally involving healthcare, technology, training, clinical education, software implementation, or EMR/EHR environments • Experience developing and delivering training for adult learners • Good understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and practical • Experience developing learning content and training materials • Ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project timelines • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in complex software or technology environments • Bilingual French and English preferred • Experience implementing, supporting, or training users on EMR/EHR solutions • Experience working in a clinical or hospital environment • Experience with digital adoption platforms, in-application guidance, or other technology-enabled learning solutions • Knowledge of instructional design approaches such as ADDIE • Experience with learning content authoring tools • Experience using AI tools to support training development, content creation, knowledge management, or learner engagement • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration and project management tools
