📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate training activities for complex EHR implementation projects • Contribute to training strategy, content development, and delivery • Develop training materials and learning tools with training specialists and subject matter experts • Translate complex clinical workflows and system processes into clear, practical learning experiences • Review training content, identify gaps, and contribute to developing solutions • Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and train-the-trainer sessions • Guide and support training specialists and contributors involved in content development and delivery • Collaborate with implementation, product, project management, and clinical expert teams to support adoption objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Postsecondary education in healthcare, education, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • More than 5 years of relevant professional experience • Experience developing and delivering training for adult learners • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and operations • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills • Experience developing learning content and training materials • Ability to coordinate the work of multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities and project deadlines • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in complex software or technology environments • French-English bilingualism is an asset • Experience implementing or supporting EHR solutions, or training their users • Experience working in a clinical or hospital environment • Experience with digital adoption platforms, in-application guidance tools, or other technology-enabled learning solutions • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE • Experience with learning content authoring tools • Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration and project management tools
