📋 Description

• Proactively identify and source software companies aligned with investment goals • Develop and maintain a robust M&A pipeline • Lead outbound prospecting through strategic, targeted outreach • Build rapport and long-term relationships with business owners, founders, senior leadership, and key decision-makers • Establish credibility and position Harris as the acquirer of choice • Develop and implement methods to improve the outreach process • Use the M&A CRM to manage the pipeline and track activities • Use pipeline data to support effective decision-making

• Track record of taking initiative and achieving targets in a business development environment • Ability to work autonomously and manage own work • Ability to build trust and rapport with business owners, senior leadership, founders, and C-suite executives • Clear and effective communication skills • Ability to work independently and see complex projects through • Positive, resilient attitude and tenacity • Professional executive presence and maturity • Solid understanding of business operations and ability to assess opportunities • Ability to use an M&A CRM and meticulously track pipeline activities
