⢠3+ years in project management, construction management, capital projects, or related fields ⢠Exceptional ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without missing details ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you translate complexity into clarity ⢠Comfortable reading proposals, scopes of work, and construction documentation ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project tracking systems ⢠Willing and able to travel as needed to support projects in the field ⢠Multi-site property, facilities, construction, or infrastructure project management experience (preferred) ⢠Capital expenditure budgeting and forecasting expertise (preferred) ⢠Background in manufactured housing, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial property operations (preferred) ⢠Experience with procurement/project management platforms (Coupa, ManageAmerica, or similar) (preferred)
