📋 Description

• Manage and continuously improve monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes. • Develop forecasts and financial models across revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, component costs, capital structure, and other business drivers. • Analyze actual performance against plan, identify variance drivers, and develop actionable recommendations. • Build recurring and ad hoc reporting around financial performance, operating metrics, and KPIs. • Support implementation and continued development of FP&A systems and processes. • Partner with teams across the company on commercial opportunities, strategic initiatives, investments, and company-wide spending. • Develop financial models and analyses supporting strategic decisions, including potential M&A and corporate development opportunities. • Translate complex financial and operational information into insights and recommendations for leadership. • Develop analyses, presentations, and financial materials for executive audiences. • Build understanding of the business, programs, cost structure, and key financial drivers. • Partner with Accounting on quarterly close and recurring finance processes. • Improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and systems as the organization scales. • Maintain accuracy across financial models, reporting, and executive deliverables. • Initially operate as an individual contributor, with potential to evolve into team leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A, ideally including experience within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. • Advanced financial modeling and business analysis skills. • Strong finance and accounting fundamentals. • Ability to analyze complex business problems, work with large amounts of information, and translate findings into actionable insights. • Strong data visualization and executive communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams across an organization. • Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new financial and operational tools quickly. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Ability to balance thoughtful analysis with the need to move quickly and drive decisions forward. • Strong judgment and willingness to challenge assumptions, ask questions, and communicate recommendations effectively. • U.S. citizenship required; the employer states it can only hire U.S. Citizens. • Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.
