📋 Description

• Staying proactive with data technologies and trends, the Senior Analytics Engineer will implement innovative solutions while maintaining deep technical knowledge to support current and future (Analytical) Engineering needs. • In addition, on the Analytics side you will provide accurate and timely reports, identifying trends and patterns in the data, and providing current and predictive insights and recommendations for process improvement. • This role will engage with cross functional business stakeholders and data engineers, ensuring that best practices are defined and followed throughout the landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in data engineering, including building and managing data pipelines, data warehousing, and ensuring data quality and integrity. • Expertise in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, with hands-on experience creating efficient and effective data solutions in a developing and evolving infrastructure. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. • Develop and implement data quality and data management processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Design and automate data workflows and processes to streamline data analysis and reporting • Track record of success in building new analytics engineering processes preferred • Experience deploying MDM and Data Catalog Solutions preferred • Experience working with large amounts of data and extracting insights from complex datasets • Demonstrated track record of driving impact through data-driven decision-making. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, knowledge, and experience with Python, Alteryx, and Snowflake preferred • Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics preferred • Work closely with stakeholders from finance, IT, marketing, supply chain, commercial, and operations to understand their data needs and deliver solutions. • Facilitate cross-functional collaborations to drive data-driven decision-making. • Implement data validation, monitoring, and governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
