📋 Description

• Perform Pro Clinic coding for assigned medical specialties, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Rural Health Clinics, Orthopedic, Behavioral Health, and Oncology • Apply E/M leveling and review clinical documentation • Complete production and quality coding in a high-volume environment • Maintain coding accuracy, compliance, and ethical coding practices • Work with Coding and Scheduling Managers on workflow, quality, and productivity • Support providers through accurate and consistent coding • Work as a direct-hire W-2 employee with a consistent workload

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Pro Clinic coding experience, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Rural Health Clinics (RHC), Orthopedic, Behavioral Health, and Oncology • At least 3 years of recent production and quality coding experience in a high-volume environment • Active hands-on coding experience within the last 6 months • Strong E/M leveling and documentation review skills • Active AAPC or AHIMA credential required; CPC-A and CCA certifications are not accepted • Must reside in the United States
