📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of the COBRA client and member experience • Manage benefit elections, payments and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, retirees and LOA participants • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, members and third-party affiliates • Manage email and fax communications

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent • 1 year of COBRA, FMLA, LOA and retiree administration/coordination experience • Knowledge of various types of Federal, State and Company leave programs • Understanding of administration system processes, including premium administration, eligibility, claims, billing, commissions, reporting and premium administration • Customer service experience in a professional setting • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook • Strong problem-solving ability • Strong organizational skills allowing for multitasking • Excellent interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: PowerStepp • Preferred: JD Edwards • Preferred: In-depth knowledge of COBRA laws, HIPAA portability and eligibility laws • Preferred: Knowledge of Social Security and Medicare law
