📋 Description

• Achieve annual sales and profitability targets through sales penetration in the assigned territory • Continue project management and coordination between internal and external customers • Drive business growth with existing and incremental customers • Establish and expand relationships with owners and contractors • Serve as the central point of contact for territory renovation projects • Manage project management, due diligence, product sourcing, product selection, RFPs, and quoting • Partner with credit to identify funding and ownership • May oversee project completion, including planning, assigning, monitoring, reviewing progress and accuracy, and evaluating results • Contribute to employees' professional development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in South Carolina or North Carolina • Must operate a personal vehicle consistently more than 20% of the average work week • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required • BS/BA in a related discipline, or MS/MA with applicable experience • Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field with BS/BA, or 3-5 years with MS/MA • Certification is required in some areas • Ability to travel overnight 20% to 50% of the time • Ability to perform physical exertion including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering materials or equipment weighing 50+ pounds • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems • Ability to work independently and make decisions under uncertainty
