📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap across the Helius developer platform • Balance customer requests, infrastructure investments, and new product bets • Spend time with trading firms, wallets, and indexers to understand their architectures, latency budgets, and product needs • Use Helius products hands-on for prototypes, example integrations, reproducing customer issues, and developer-facing tooling improvements • Track streaming providers and data API vendors and translate insights into positioning, pricing, and build/kill decisions • Define delivery semantics, ordering, SLAs, and performance, cost, and simplicity trade-offs • Write specifications and decision memos for staff-level engineers • Own platform pricing and packaging, including enterprise deals and usage-based models • Drive launches end-to-end, including positioning, documentation, migration guides, changelogs, and developer communications • Instrument and track adoption, activation, usage growth, churn signals, latency, reliability SLOs, and revenue • Build appropriate product processes for a senior remote team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience on technical, developer-facing products • Engineering experience and working coding ability • Ability to write code, integrate against APIs, and prototype independently • Understanding of distributed systems trade-offs, throughput, backpressure, and delivery guarantees • Crypto experience with blockchain ecosystems, on-chain data, wallets, and transactions • Experience serving demanding technical customers, ideally trading firms, fintech, or latency-sensitive users • Track record of owning product outcomes such as adoption, revenue, or retention • Strong pricing instincts for usage-based infrastructure products • Exceptional written communication • Comfort operating with high autonomy • Prior experience as a software engineer or meaningful code contributions as a PM preferred • Experience with real-time market data, event streaming, or exchange/trading infrastructure preferred • Solana-specific experience preferred • Experience as an early, founding, or lead PM at an infrastructure or devtools company preferred
