📋 Description
• Execute manual testing • Create high-quality test cases, including test plans and traceability • Validate backend data using SQL Server Management Studio • Validate file integrations using internal tools • Capture evidence and defects using internal tools • Perform exploratory, feature, regression, UAT, and workflow validation testing across distributed systems • Validate document outputs and compliance workflows using Azure Document Intelligence • Reproduce and validate customer issues • Coordinate with automation engineers to develop and review tests • Provide frontline support for hot fixes and patches • Demo new features and fixes to Compliance, Customer, or Product teams
🎯 Requirements
• Strong manual testing experience • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to test complex workflows • Desire to learn automation with AI tooling • Mortgage/FinTech experience is nice to have
