📋 Description

• Drive the roadmap for Headway’s go-to-market systems • Unify sales, marketing/growth, and engineering around a single vision • Identify manual bottlenecks to growth and efficiency and automate them • Consolidate fragmented tools into a coherent growth system • Lead innovation across the marketing stack, including revenue feeds, audiences, data enrichment, and related tools • Partner with Sales leadership to innovate sales processes • Collaborate with peers to build a comprehensive provider acquisition system

🎯 Requirements

• Experience driving gains in acquisition or sales-process efficiency, including automation or tooling • Experience working closely with marketers to build scalable acquisition systems • Experience with audiences, revenue feeds, attribution, conversion events, and campaign management • Ability to unify sales, marketing, and engineering teams around a single roadmap without formal authority • Ability to distinguish process problems requiring automation from people or incentive issues • Ability to make technical cases to engineers and business cases to sales leadership • Authorization to work in the United States • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship will be required
