📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, instructors, instructor trainers, training institutions, and professional organizations • Support adoption, delivery, sustainability, growth, onboarding, and retention of resuscitation programs • Identify business development opportunities with new and existing regional partners • Serve as a primary contact for assigned external stakeholders • Steward high-value and high-performing instructors and organizations • Reinforce adherence to resuscitation program standards, policies, and guidelines • Advise instructors and training partners on program requirements and quality expectations • Receive, assess, document, investigate, and help resolve program quality issues, complaints, QA infractions, and escalations • Use digital and AI-enabled tools to streamline administration and improve program quality oversight • Provide network knowledge, data-informed insights, and recommendations to support decision-making and market positioning • Use Salesforce, reports, and analytics tools to monitor network activity, performance trends, and engagement • Coordinate regional implementation of resuscitation programs, initiatives, and updates • Represent Heart & Stroke at virtual and in-person regional engagements • Identify delivery-standard gaps and provide guidance • Support program administration, education, awareness, and continuous improvement • Organize special events and coordinate volunteers as needed • Participate in cross-functional working groups, meetings, and initiatives • Act as liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams • Support improved Resuscitation Support Centre responses

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, diploma or certificate program in business, health science or a related field • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Certificate/training in adult education an asset • 3+ years experience in project/program management, relationship management, customer service or business development/corporate sales • Heart & Stroke Instructor certification and/or other agency instructional experience an asset • Knowledge of provincial healthcare systems and resuscitation training agencies would be an asset • Experience working in the health care field would be an asset • Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be an asset • Professional and exceptional customer-first and first-call-resolution approach • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to self-direct with minimal supervision • Ability to effectively promote opportunities and partnerships • Ownership, accountability, teamwork, and following best practices • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Strong internal collaboration experience in matrixed, remote teams • Ability to influence without authority and operate in evolving or ambiguous environments • Experience navigating challenging or sensitive stakeholder conversations • Judgment and critical thinking in applying standards, assessing risk, and resolving issues • Risk identification and mitigation skills • Ability to prioritize tasks across competing regional demands • Working knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications to translate data into insights, recommendations, and actions • Continuous improvement mindset • Comfort using digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality of work outputs • French/English bilingual, an asset • Applicants must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada • Access to a car
