• Build and maintain relationships with regional partners, instructors, instructor trainers, training institutions, professional organizations, and other stakeholders • Support identification of business development opportunities with new and existing regional partners • Serve as a primary contact for assigned external stakeholders • Steward high-value and high-performing instructors and organizations to support engagement, advocacy, and retention • Foster collaboration across the instructor network • Reinforce adherence to Heart & Stroke resuscitation program standards, policies, and guidelines • Advise instructors and training partners on program requirements, quality expectations, and approved practices • Receive, assess, document, investigate, and support resolution of program quality issues, complaints, QA infractions, and escalations • Determine when issues can be resolved regionally versus escalated • Use digital and AI-enabled tools to streamline administration and improve quality oversight • Provide network knowledge and data-informed insights to support decisions and partner engagement • Support plans to grow, onboard, and retain the instructor network • Use Salesforce, reports, and analytics tools to monitor activity, performance trends, and engagement • Use AI-enabled insights to prioritize issues and identify patterns affecting quality, compliance, or stakeholder experience • Coordinate regional implementation of resuscitation programs, initiatives, and updates in alignment with national standards • Align activities, timelines, stakeholders, and resources for consistent, high-quality delivery • Represent Heart & Stroke at virtual and in-person regional network engagements • Identify program delivery gaps and provide guidance • Follow up proactively and hold self, team, and stakeholders accountable • Support administration, education, awareness, and continuous improvement activities • Organize and execute regional special events as required • Coordinate volunteers for regional activities as needed • Participate in cross-functional working groups, meetings, and initiatives • Support improved Resuscitation Support Centre responses • Liaise between external stakeholders and internal teams to communicate and address feedback, issues, and opportunities
• Degree, diploma or certificate program in business, health science or a related field • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • 3+ years experience in project/program management, relationship management, customer service or business development/corporate sales • Access to a car/vehicle • Currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada • French/English bilingual is an asset • Certificate/training in adult education is an asset • Heart & Stroke Instructor certification and/or other agency instructional experience is an asset • Knowledge of provincial healthcare systems and resuscitation training agencies is an asset • Experience working in the health care field is an asset • Experience in the not-for-profit sector is an asset • Professional customer-first and first-call-resolution approach • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to self-direct with minimal supervision • Ability to promote opportunities and partnerships • Ownership, accountability, teamwork, and adherence to best practices • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Experience collaborating in matrixed, remote teams • Ability to influence without authority and operate in evolving or ambiguous environments • Experience navigating challenging or sensitive stakeholder conversations • Judgment and critical thinking in applying standards, assessing risk, and resolving issues • Risk identification and mitigation skills • Ability to prioritize tasks across competing regional demands • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications to translate data into insights, recommendations, and actions • Continuous improvement mindset • Comfort using digital and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality of work outputs • Understanding of provincial and national health systems is an asset • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and life support equipment is an asset
