📋 Description

• Lead Hello Heart’s clinical and economic evidence strategy for its AI-, hardware-, and behavioral-science-based heart-health products • Set research and publications strategy in partnership with Commercial, Product, Medical Affairs, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing leadership • Prioritize clinical and economic research priorities with leadership and cross-functional partners • Lead publications supporting clinical product strategy, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams • Generate research questions and develop analytical plans • Build partnerships and work with leading research institutes and consultants • Lead FDA-backed research • Identify, organize, query, and analyze clinical, claims, EHR, and engagement datasets • Apply advanced statistical methods including multilevel modeling, causal inference, propensity score matching, mixed-effects modeling, longitudinal analyses, and sensitivity testing • Collaborate with co-authors to finalize analyses, manuscripts, white papers, and abstracts • Respond to peer reviews through repeat analyses and manuscript revisions • Identify conferences and present ongoing research when appropriate • Stay current on cardiovascular health, digital health, behavioral science, chronic disease, health economics, and public health research • Contribute to data summaries, research protocols, IRB materials, and other research documentation • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for clinical, technical, commercial, and executive audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in a clinical field, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related field, such as MS, MPH, PhD, or PharmD • 10+ years of clinical research experience • Demonstrated experience working in a commercial research setting • Previous experience co-authoring relevant clinical publications • Experience building and managing research partnerships with external institutions • Strong statistical programming experience with R, Python, SQL, MS Excel, or other relevant analytical tools • Strong AI fluency, including designing AI-enabled workflows while maintaining accuracy, privacy, and human review • Strong data skills, including data cleaning, data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization • Experience planning and implementing complex statistical analyses while managing multiple research priorities • Experience with clinical, claims, EHR, engagement, or other healthcare datasets • Experience testing medical claims, pharmacy claims, and enrollment data for errors, including actuarial summaries and cohort cuts • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences
