📋 Description

• Calling existing and new dental customers to grow their business • Service target accounts to increase sales in existing and new accounts • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process • Collaborate with management to determine strategic sales approaches • Promote partnerships and targeted pricing programs • Sell complimentary services to provide customer loyalty • Support marketing efforts such as tradeshows and exhibits • Document all efforts and status for each assigned account • Communicate product gaps and competitive data to leadership • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 1 or more years of Customer Service experience • 3 years of sales experience is preferred • Strong computer skills and time management skills • Experience with Microsoft products, especially Outlook and Excel • Good attitude, high energy level • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate with diverse personalities
